Story

I'm taking on Mind's 10,000 steps a day in October challenge.

Now more than ever, people struggling from mental health problems need our support. I suffer with mental health myself, and I know first hand how hard it can be . Thinking you have no one to talk to, feeling so low, you don't want to talk to your friends or family becasue you don't want to bother them about your problems.But now I contract Mind. You can call up or text . About what your going through . I have used there services a few times now . It's nice to know that someone is always there to help and also it makes it easier when you don't know them.
