On 25 October 2025, I’ll be taking on the London Halloween Walk 10km Challenge, through spooky streets and ghostly landmarks, to support my aunty and the amazing work she does with Rephael House.

This charity has been a lifeline for so many people struggling with their mental health around Barnet. I’ve seen first-hand how much she cares about helping others, and how hard the team works to make sure support is there for anyone who needs it, often at little or no cost. Sadly, with funding cuts, their future is uncertain and without them, many people would be left with nowhere to turn. That’s why I’m raising money to help keep this vital service going, so Rephael House can continue making a real difference to people’s lives when they need it most. Every donation, no matter how small, will mean the world.
