In May I will be running the Hackney Half for Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders. MSF are the world's leading medical humanitarian aid organisation. They provide emergency assistance to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics and natural or man-made disasters, without discrimination. They work in over 70 countries and go to the places where others cannot or choose not to go.

MSF is facing an overwhelming number of patients in hospitals in Palestine due to the genocide. Women, children, and the elderly make up a large portion of the deceased and wounded. MSF is calling for a massive increase of humanitarian aid to address the crushing impacts of the past 18 months and longer.

Sudan is experiencing the worlds largest humanitarian crisis, without urgent action it could become the worst famine the world has seen in over 40 years.
