Story
Mental health is something that has always been close to my heart.
As someone who has BPD and other mental health struggles and seen friends loose their battle, I know how difficult it can impact your everyday life and just how important the right support can be.
A little about Leeds Mind:
Leeds Mind supports the people of Leeds and surrounds to discover their own resources to 'recover' from periods of poor mental health, and to live life independently with their mental health condition.
1 in 4 people experience mental health difficulties in their lives. Whether that be depression, anxiety, isolation, stress, self harm, personality disorder, bereavement or any other negative mental health experience, Leeds Mind are here for you.
