Just Get It Done – Running for Men’s Mental Health
This isn’t just one event.
This is a movement.
I’m raising money for ANDYSMANCLUB, a charity that exists to prevent male suicide and support men through the toughest times.
In the UK, 12 men take their own lives every single day.
That number isn’t just a statistic — it’s the reason behind everything I’m doing.

The Mission
“Just Get It Done” (JGID) is about showing up — even when it’s hard.
No excuses. No fluff. Just turning up and doing the work.
This campaign is built around pushing physical limits to start conversations that matter.
⸻
JGID x Run Club
We’re building a run club that’s about more than running.
It’s about:
• Turning up
• Getting moving
• Talking openly
• Supporting each other
Every session is a step towards better mental health — physically and mentally.
Alongside this, we’ll be launching JGID merch, with proceeds also going towards the fundraiser.
⸻
JGID x Challenge Series
This year, I’m taking on a series of endurance challenges to raise money and awareness:
• 24 Hour Ultramarathon – 13th June
• Full Distance Ironman – 22nd August
And more to come.
These aren’t just events — they’re a way to keep momentum going, keep people engaged, and keep the conversation alive.
⸻
Why It Matters
This isn’t about medals or finish lines.
It’s about:
• Showing what’s possible when you keep turning up
• Creating a space where men feel comfortable speaking
• Raising money for a charity that’s saving lives every single day
⸻
How You Can Help
If you can:
• Donate anything you can
• If you are a business, we are always looking for sponsors to help support the movement.
• Share the page
• Come down to a run club session
• Support the movement
It all makes a difference.

Just Get It Done.
No excuses.
