Story
A dedicated team of Joint Helicopter Support Squadron (JHSS) personnel is taking on the formidable National Three Peaks Challenge, aiming to summit the highest mountains in Scotland, England, and Wales—Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon—within an ambitious 24-hour window. Battling fatigue, unpredictable weather, and relentless terrain, the team is pushing their physical and mental limits to support a cause that matters deeply to them.
This challenge is more than just an endurance test—it’s a mission to raise vital funds for SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity. SSAFA provides lifelong support to serving personnel, veterans, and their families, offering practical, emotional, and financial assistance when it’s needed most. Every step taken up steep ascents and across rugged landscapes is driven by a shared commitment to give back to the military community.
Supporters are encouraged to follow the team’s journey, share their story, and contribute whatever they can. Donations will directly impact the lives of those who have served, ensuring they receive the care and support they deserve. Together, we can turn this extraordinary challenge into meaningful change.
