Schools Triathlon 2025 at Oundle School · 18 May 2025 ·

On Sunday 18th May, around 1,000 inspiring 7 - 13 year old's are swimming, cycling, running and fundraising to support thousands of young people around the world to deliver life-changing projects in their own communities.

Story

It’s that time of year again when the lycra comes out, the trainers are laced, and three spirited young gentlemen—Uriel Cheang, James Tang, and Ryan Loh—take to the field (and the pool… and the bike!) for the much-anticipated School Triathlon 2025 at Oundle School, happening on Sunday, 18th May this year.

These three are not just in it for the glory (though a shiny medal never hurts); they’re racing with heart, grit, and no small amount of determination to raise funds for Restless Development—an inspiring charity that equips young people around the world to overcome challenges and lead change in their communities. A local charity chosen by the school will also benefit from their efforts.

Whether rain or shine (and let’s face it, probably both—it is Britain), they’ll be swimming, pedalling, and sprinting with the kind of plucky resilience that would make even a school head proud.

🎯 Our collective fundraising target is £200, and we would be enormously grateful for your support. Your contribution—no matter how modest—will go a long way towards transforming lives.

And if your support happens to be in honour of Uriel, well—he’ll be dashing through his birthday weekend like a proper triathlon knight, celebrating his 10th birthday in the most heroic fashion imaginable!

Thank you, as ever, for your kindness and encouragement—it means the world to these boys, and to the young people they’re running for. 🌍💫🎂
