I always say never again, but here I am in Spain taking part in another gruelling cycling challenge to raise funds for Velindre Cancer Charity, where I am a very proud President.

This challenge is a tough one: long miles, big climbs, and plenty of heat along the way. But every pedal stroke is worth it, because Velindre is Wales’ Hospital of Hope — providing life‑saving treatment, care and support to cancer patients and their families when they need it most.

I’ve seen first‑hand the difference Velindre makes. The compassion, the expertise, the support for families… it really is extraordinary. And that’s why I’m here and asking for your help.
