The Bantham Boomerang is a 5-10km swim up and back down the Avon Estuary in Devon, and Jill, a registered nurse with Kate's Home Nursing, a charity in the Cotswolds that provides nursing ‘hospice at home’ care, for those who are nearing the end of their lives, is swimming it to raise funding for them.
