So anyone that knows me, knows I run. Not often for charity because it feels a bit pants asking for money for my hobby.

But…what if I’m dressed as a giant parmo!! Because what could be more Teesside than that!?

The MFC foundation are amazing and do incredible things for Teesside - a region with some of the most disadvantaged/deprived areas in England and I feel incredibly fortunate to be able to give something back

So, in September, I will be donning a costume of Parmo and garlic sauce and running 13.1miles for fun and any donation you can give at all will marginally take the shame away!
