Story
My brother Tim loved Parkrun. It meant a lot to him. He knew that it was good for him physically and mentally. It was also the thread that kept us, his family, all together and helped us before and after he died.
Tim's cancer was genetic. I share the same gene but currently I am screened for early signs.
I feel really lucky and privileged to be running the London marathon and have the chance to pay back by raising money for a charity that I know helps so many people. I see this every week as we tour around Saturday mornings joining with runners for different parts of the country.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this.
