Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Who Dares Cares' mission is to support our Armed Forces and Blue Light Services personnel, including their families, who are suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). It is a great charity who have helped hundreds if not thousands of people since it has been set up. I may not have been to war, or work on the front line, but i do understand what people go through on a daily basis with PTSD after being diagnosed myself after the traumatic birth and first few months of my sons life when he was critically ill and in hospital. Often undiagnosed and untreated it can be a horrible scary thing to go through alone.

This certainly wont be a walk in the park for me with multiple injuries aswell as previous ankle break which has resulted in me having plates, screws and wires which can be very uncomfortable! But life can be uncomfortable for many so I'm braving it and would really appreciate any support working towards my minimum goal for £100 for this fantastic charity.
