Story
Once again we are joining the WHOOSH team for another pedal-powered adventure, following the River Severn from where it rises in the Cambrian Mountains of mid-Wales to Bristol and the sea.

Our local good cause is Thames21.

Why Thames21?
Well, as we are riding the full length of Britain's longest river we wanted to do something for river health. River health and habitat have risen in the public conscience over recent years as we have become aware of their importance and fragility.
This is why we have chosen to support the fantastic river-loving local charity Thames21.
Thames21 works to transform the Thames basin into a healthier more climate-resilient region with rivers that everyone can enjoy. They mobilise thousands of volunteers each year to clean up and the transform the basin’s 400mile network of rivers.
We are so enjoy our London rivers: from memorable walks along the Wandle, and the Cray to cycling the Thames cycle path. Help us to help Thames21 to look after it.
The Donations
All donations are sent directly to the charity from JustGiving, with no costs deducted, and as usual, the team fund all expenses themselves.
