Horsforth School staff and students are aiming to raise £10,000 for Candlelighters – a local charity that offers support to families affected by childhood cancer.

The school's Challenge 30 Campaign, which is running for 30 days in June, is where everyone taking part has set themselves a challenge involving the number 30 or to undertake an activity every day for the 30 days of June.

I am going to be completing at least 30 minutes of exercise per day. This could be a 40 minute 'Insanity' high intensity work out in the morning before work, a 5 km run on a Sunday morning, a gym session after work or a long weekend walk with Joanne. No matter the heat, I'll keep going!
