We help local people experiencing lonliness & social exclusion. We provide: Befriending, Social activites, Community transport (volunteer car transport to doctors, hospitals and minbuses), Shopping buses, an excursion programme and manage Greenwood Community Centre in Hampton Hill.

Story

Hampton Hill voluntary care and the Greenwood centre have been a large part of Jane and Jim's life. We would appreciate you giving to this charity in memory of Jim.
