I have been a Governor Member of the RNLI for over twenty years and volunteer for the National Coastwatch Institution. I face a "significant birthday" this year and while I can still put my trainers on standing up I have decided to run the Lymington RNLI 10k race to help raise vital funds for the RNLI.
