Portsmouth Hospitals Charity supports the work of Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust to help enhance patient care and support staff welfare.

In particular we want to support the excellent work of Portsmouth NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)

MDP police recruits will be collectively walking, running, swimming, cycling and rowing, in order to raise money for Portsmouth NICU.

Cedar class are undertaking the Proclaimers challenge, "I would walk 500 miles and I would walk 500 more", covering a total of a 1000 miles.

Whilst Walnut class are covering 3500 miles. The distance from the UK to the MDP's further ever deployment location.
