Hi all ,

I ( Jimmy Mason ) am organising an event to raise awareness & funds for the PBC Foundation. My wife has had PBC ( Primary Biliary Cholangitis ) for over a year & half now and our lives have been totally turned upside-down due to this , PBC in an autoimmune disease that affects the liver , it is classed as a common rare disease , PBC affects 9 women to every 1 man.

Primary Biliary Cholangitis , known for short as PBC , is a life long autoimmune condition which affects the liver , in simple terms , the body thinks the bile ducts within the liver are foreign objects and tries to destroy the lining of these ducts , 2 of the main conditions that come with PBC are fatigue & and a constant itch all over the body.

I sometimes feel helpless, I just want to do my bit to raise awareness about this horrendous condition.
