One Big Game is a 24-hour football match bringing together teams from across the games industry to raise money for SpecialEffect. SpecialEffect helps people with physical disabilities experience the fun, freedom and connection that video games can provide - their work is incredible!

It is being played at St. George’s Park and streamed live on Twitch, and we will be taking on Xbox at 9pm on Thursday 13th.

Yes, it is a charity match. Yes, the main goal is to raise as much money as possible. No, that does not mean I am remotely interested in losing. Yes, there is a very realistic chance I take this far too seriously.

Best-case scenario = we raise loads of money and win.

Minimum acceptable outcome = I make it through without getting injured.
