JLR Challenge 2.0 (2025) · 26 September 2025

Violet Project are the Midland's dedicated Suicide Prevention Charity, advocating to prevent suicides and support those who been affected by a suicide loss. Every year over 6500 people die by suicide leaving 10,000's of people grieving. We offer real community support, more than just a helpline.

Story

Team 'Bex-y and we know it', made up of Chris, Dan, Neil, Nusi, Eleanor and Tracy are taking on the JLR Challenge — and we need your support!

At the end of September, our team of six brave (and slightly bonkers) challengers will be competing against 80 other teams and tackling a 15-mile route that’s expected to take around 11 hours to complete. The 'walk' will take place in the Malverns (which means hills will definitely be involved!) and will include several team exercises on the way. The exercises will be both physically and mentally demanding and will make up a significant part of the competitive element of the challenge.

And because we want to stand out for our chosen charity and have fun, we’ll be doing it in vibrant, colourful clothes and possibly some leopard print gear. Why? Because if we’re going to suffer, we may as well do it in style!
