We raising money for the British Heart Foundation and taking part in the JLR challenge 2023. We will be taking on a 15-25 mile hike through the Welsh wilderness of the Elan Valley and will be completing various challenges such as raft building and high ropes! The length of the hike depends on how many challenges we take on!

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help us hit our target.

We have chosen this charity as it means something to some of our team members. Particularly, one of our team members - Shayna - has recently lost her partner, Rahul Ahir, and she is doing this challenge in memory of him. The weekend of the challenge lies on what would have been his 25th birthday so it would been the world if you could support us in this challenge to commemorate Rahul.
