The 1st of September 2024 marks the 20th anniversary of a life-saving kidney transplant, which has enabled me to live a full & fruitful life ever since, something that would never have been possible without.

Sadly there are still many people in need of the same life saving procedure, enduring Chronic Kidney Disease across the country. As such I have chosen to raise for the North West based kidney charity, Kidneys for Life, who provide funding for research into kidney disease, transplantation & related diseases affecting the kidney. They also support the education & training of kidney related teams & patients. So a cause very close to my heart (& kidney).

To support, I will be fundraising for Kidneys for Life & running the Manchester Half-Marathon on the 13th October 2024. If anyone can spare a contribution to my goal of £1020, I will be immensely grateful.
