This is my beautiful friend Helen (and that’s me😊).

Helen is one of the most incredible people I know — ridiculously funny, endlessly kind, full of life, and always the first to show up for others.

Helen also lives with MS. She doesn’t talk about it much, never looks for sympathy, and certainly doesn’t let it define her. But MS is a tough gig — so I’m running the Berlin Marathon to raise money for Helen and for everyone living with MS. 💛

Oh, and did I mention... it’s also my 45th birthday weekend...So, instead of hitting the town I'll be pounding the pavement (26.2 miles of it!) — so if that’s not worth a donation, I don’t know what is! 😅
