Justin & I loved to go on a UK getaway together and it was just 6 weeks before he passed that we visited Lake Windermere - therefore, in memory of Justin, on the 7th June 2025 our daughters and I are going to compete in a 50km hike across the Lake District to raise money for the British Heart Foundation and to honour Justin’s life.

We appreciate anything you can give as support to us and to help raise money for the BHF’s lifesaving research. And to honour the memory of a beloved husband, father and friend.

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target.
