Did you know that last year over 13,000 young people in England left care on their 18th birthday, often without the family support many of us take for granted. The funds we raise from this challenge will help these young people who often face a challenging transition to independence.

I am taking part in the Thames Bridges Trek to help support these young people and show them that we care.
