Hello, thanks for visiting my fundraising page!

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in November 2023. Thankfully, I responded well to treatment, received the all clear and had my final preventative treatment in January 2025. I’m now on the road to recovery—very much a slow and steady wins the race situation (and apparently slower than I’d like 🤣).

As part of this next chapter, I’ve signed up to run the 10km Great West Run on Sunday 24th May… eek! I’ll be running in support of the brilliant charity Force.

Force have truly been there for me when I needed them most. They provide a safe and welcoming space, offering support, workshops, courses and counselling, to name just a few of their services. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done for me—and now it feels like the right time for me to give something back.

This has certainly been a journey. One of my favourite reminders of that is my little one—just 1 year old when I was diagnosed and now getting ready to start school this September. Reaching this point makes me even more determined to enable Force to support others who may be at the start of their own journeys.

I know times are tough, but if you’re able to sponsor me—even a small amount—it would mean so much and will help Force continue supporting people when they need it most. And as they say… every little helps (or is that a superstore?!).
