Jo supported the Ryedale Folk Museum since she first visited in the very early days when it started as a collection in a private house. She was a stalwart and knowledgeable volunteer for many years, and really enjoyed all the behind the scenes work cataloguing and restoring textiles and planning themed displays. The camaraderie of the team work brought her so much pleasure and many firm friendships were formed here.
