On the 24th of September I will be taking part in the Tough Mudder 5K to raise money for the Early Birth Association.

It’s such an important charity and a charity which has touched and helped so many of my friends and their families.

Everyday it makes such difference for babies, families and all the staff who work on the units providing a variety of help and support for TMBU ( Trevor Mann Baby Unit ) in Brighton and SCBU ( Special Care Baby Unit ) in Haywards Heath.

The donation you make to my page ensures we can continue to provide support in any way they need us to - from vital life saving equipment/research to practical items for babies/parents on hospital stays.
