I am swimming 10km up the the beautiful Afon Mawddach on 10 October 2025. That's 10,000m, with a little help from the incoming tide!

Everyone should have the opportunity to learn to swim and fall in love with the water. So while I'm doing this I am raising money for children with disabilities with the fabulous charity, Level Water. They do great work to make sure kids can who need a little bit of support can enjoy the water as much as I do.
