100 km February Fitness Challenge
Our 'no pressure' challenge is back for 2023. You choose exactly WHERE, WHEN and HOW you complete your 100 kilometres (62.1 miles!) - all that we ask is that you do it within the month of February. The best of luck!

Story

Just to let you know that during the month of February I am taking part in the 100K Your Way challenge for St Luke’s Hospice. I have to complete an additional 100 kilometres (62.1 miles) within the 28 days of the month, so expect to see me hitting the streets in my bright blue t shirt now! I'm not designed to run but can walk quite quickly ... and even faster with your help 🤗

If you can support me in my challenge that would be fantastic just to encourage me to keep going. Every pound is raised going to support more patients at St Luke’s at a time in their lives when they need it most. Thank You.

If any of my work colleagues fancy a good walk at the end of the day to keep me focussed, just give me a shout and we can get our trainers on! Most of my bigger walks will be over the next few weekends 😊

Thank you once again for your support.
