We’re taking part in the Lyme Splash charity sea swim from Lyme Regis to Charmouth - a distance of roughly 3km (or 2 miles).

Neither of us has done a sea swim this far before so we’re hoping the water won’t be too choppy and for a fair wind to help us on our way!

We’re so grateful for any support you can give to our chosen charity - the Prout Bridge Project (of which Jo is a trustee).

The Prout Bridge Project is a small charity making a big difference by delivering youth work, mental health support and community activities in West Dorset. We receive no regular funding and so have to fundraise to cover all running costs. The need for our services is large and growing and we have to operate a waiting list. Any money you sponsor will help the Prout Bridge project to keep delivering these vital services and activities and allow us to reach more people.
