In March 2025 we lost my amazing and brave Mom, Jenny Hall, to the cruel Motor Neurone Disease.

I struggle to fully explain to people the huge relentless impact MND has on an individual (and also their loved ones). Any money we can raise to support other families in the way we were and also to contribute to vital research is so important as there is currently no cure. MND affects up to 5,000 adults in the UK at any one time and is currently underfunded.

I am not the most sporty or active person in the world but if my Mom can have dealt with MND in the courageous way that she did, I can get off my sofa, train and walk 10 miles to raise money in her memory.
