On Sunday 7th December, some friends and I (The Hip Dippers) are going to take part in The Sue Ryder Big Dip Cheltenham cold plunge. Normally the pool is heated to 24-26 degrees C but on that day it will be between 5 and 10 degrees C! 🥶 🏊‍♀️
