Hi there!

I’m Jo and I’m going to be abseiling down Liverpool’s Anglican Cathedral for the Open Door Charity. I’m part of a team four who will be descending on Saturday July 5th, we’re a group of friends who also work for Open Door.

The abseil will be a 150 foot free-hang descent. If you’ve never seen the cathedral in real life it’s big (and often windy!) I’d like to think the experience it will be challenging but fun and all in aid of a good cause.

Open Door are committed to providing free, fast and effective mental health support.
