This September we are embarking on a climb up Mt Kilimanjaro to raise awareness for the critical needs of the poorest children and families in Tanzania.

Many children still lack essential support for their education, such as books and desks in schools. More urgently, the devastating impact of Malaria continues to claim many lives, and there is a pressing need for funding for medication and educational resources to combat this disease.

As specialist nurses from Ipswich Hospital we have a deep understanding of the importance of health and education to this region and we are wanting to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
