Story
I am taking on a fund raising challenge to raise awareness and funds for the MND Foundation. All money raised will help people with MND and their families. It’s great to have the motivation when your “mind is willing but the body tells you hang on a mo!”
The 7 challenges are
Swim 70 x25m lengths ✅
Pilates ✅
Hockey 70mins ✅
Walk 7 miles ✅
Cycle (spin class) ✅
Gym Rowing and Cross Trainer ✅
Ran/Jog 7x500m ✅
