Not only do I work here so get to see the amazing work the teams do day in and out- as an Essex resident know how important the CPR awareness work and the critical service is to my family and friends. Not to mention the research and friends and family team who also can only do great things funded by generous people!

We are a charity that provides a free life-saving service that is operational 24/7 by helicopters and by rapid response vehicles in the hours of darkness.

Our aim is to save lives, reduce or prevent disability, or suffering from critical illness and injury, by delivering a first class pre-hospital emergency medical service to the people of Essex, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.

We exist because of generous people like you who donate, play our lottery, visit our shops, and volunteer!
