I first went to Nepal in 2006 as a volunteer and it had a profound impact on me. I am now very fortunate to be a Trustee for Child Rescue Nepal, which is an amazing charity working tirelessly to free children from slavery, keep them safe, reunite them with their families, and support them in building a brighter future.

I have been back to Nepal several times since 2006 and seen first hand the incredible work of Child Rescue Nepal. I am constantly blown away by the dedication, commitment, and achievement of this charity. Child Rescue Nepal has rescued over 1,000 children so far, and they won’t stop until every child is free.

Child Rescue Nepal is a small charity with a huge heart and I am going to be taking on the challenge of swimming a mile, in the cold and unforgiving waters of the Serpentine to raise vital funds for this amazing charity.
