This August, we are taking part in the Run the Runway event at Inverness Airport to raise funds and awareness for Maggie’s Highland, based at Raigmore in Inverness.

I feel truly touched that the girls have chosen to join me for this event as I celebrate 10 years in the clear. Even though I didn’t know most of them when I was diagnosed in 2016, their support is a reminder of just how important friendship, encouragement and kindness are in helping us through life’s highs and lows.
