I am running the Cardiff Half Marathon this year to raise money for The Family Centre for Deaf children which is based in Bristol. This is an AMAZING charity that supports families locally. I never ask for sponsorships on my many fitness escapades BUT this one is special as they have supported my family and my nephew George.
