On Friday I will be cycling 200 miles (320 Km) in 2 days from London to Bruges to raise funds for amazing charities that provide essential opportunities for children and families in need: FOSS, The Flying Seagull Project, Richmond Young Carers, The Purple Elephant Project, and Moormead Pavilion.
