Ali's Dad, William Keith Jones and Jo's mum Penny both have dementia and we are very conscious of needing to live life to the full while we can. Penny loved riding horses as a child and, as her condition worsened, being around horses seemed to bring her pleasure and peace. Doing an adventure by horse therefore seemed right, though she would think it completely bonkers!
