Dylan was 17 when he died as result of a sudden cardiac arrest. He was doing what he loved at the time – playing football in an FA Youth Cup match at the home ground of his club, the West Bridgford Colts.

Dylan would have been 21 in January this year. As part of a year of many special fundraising events in his memory, I am taking part in The Peaks Ultra Challenge. I will be walking 100km over 2 days and raising money for his Legacy fund charity that supports causes which he was passionate about.
