I'm raising money for the Children's Big Build at Lister Hospital.

Recently, I spent three days in hospital with my son. The care we received from the incredible staff was outstanding, so I would like to say thank you and support the Childrens Big Build.

That's why I'll be running the Bedford Half Marathon on the 1st November 2026 to help raise money for the new children's ward at Lister Hospital.

Every donation will help create a brighter, more welcoming environment for children during some of the most difficult times in their lives, while also providing better facilities and support for their families. The funding for the building itself is already in place, but the money raised through the charity will help make the wards, bedrooms, and family spaces even more special, comfortable, and child-friendly.
