Story
In loving memory of our son James, who sadly passed away in April 2025 aged just 12. He battled Ewing sarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer for 2 years before cruelly being taken from us. Unfortunately treatments for many types of bone cancer are so outdated and the big cancer charities don't do enough for the rarer cancers, so our job now as now childless parents is to raise as much money as we can to help stop other parents getting their heart destroyed by these awful cancers like we did. Last year we walked Snowdon for YLvsC but this year we want to raise the bar and raise even more, for Bone cancer Research Trust 💕
Bone cancer brings heartbreak and devastation to hundreds each year. Too often, patients reach the end of current treatment options with no further hope.
While other major cancer charities often overlook bone cancer, the Bone Cancer Research Trust is the leading UK charity funding research into this brutal disease – thanks to the generosity of its supporters.
With continued investment, they’ll find new treatments and, one day, a cure for all. Until then, they’re here for everyone affected, offering support, trusted information, and hope.
