Nike first said, "there are no finish lines" in 1977. They're still using that slogan, they're bang on. I'm not even half done yet.

My next big running adventure is the Great North Run in September. I was lucky enough to get in through the ballot!

Delighted to join Alzheimer's Society's Running Team. We run events all over to raise funds for this amazing charity.

Dementia is devastating and cruel. Please help me to help them make the long goodbye just that little bit easier.
