Story
I'm coming out of retirement!
In April 2026, I will be taking on the huge challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for a special cause.
I have chosen to run for Diabetes UK as it's very personal to me. My brother has type 1, he was diagnosed in his mid 30's, so i have seen first hand the impact it has not only had on people who are diagnosed with it but also people around them.
I'm also running for my Mum and others who have type 2, as i understand the impact this has too and what Diabetes UK is doing in this space to support people living with it.
It's my way of giving back and supporting the charity because of the support they have given to my bother, mum and so many others. I would one day love to see a cure for Type 1, so this is my opportunity to support and be part of hopefully changing millions of peoples lives.
Thank you so much in advance for donating whatever you can, it really will make a massive difference.
