In March this year my daughters friend aged just 11 years old was diagnosed with a brain tumour. I don’t know how else to help in this devastating time for Poppy and her family so I have signed up to do this in support of Poppy’s mum who’s also taking on the challenge.

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer… yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease. This is unacceptable!
