Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page in support of the National Institute of Conductive Education. On 4 July 2026, I will be taking part in the NICE Heights Charity Abseil at 3 Brindleyplace. A challenging and inspiring event aimed at raising vital funds for this incredible cause.

The National Institute of Conductive Education provides life-changing support to individuals with neurological and movement disorders, helping them gain independence and improve their quality of life.

I have been diagnosed since 2000 with Multiple Sclerosis. I receive therapy from NICE and spend time with others in a similar circumstances. The support I receive from the team and the participants is invaluable. The techniques learned make me think about how I walk and approach tasks. The personal circumstances and experiences we as a group share are often unique and I receive support from the group. I am still able to work on a part time basis for the NHS and whilst I have mobility issues, I continue to remain positive, accept my limitations and get on with stuff! I have MS but it doesn’t have me!
