Story
In February this year, a Spaniel named Lizzie was rescued by one of our inspectors and taken to our vets. She was severely emaciated and on the brink of death. It was soon discovered that she had a complex intestinal condition requiring urgent surgery.
Thanks to the skill and dedication of our veterinary team, Lizzie pulled through the operation remarkably well and is now steadily gaining weight.
So far, the cost of her surgery and ongoing care has exceeded £2,500, which we have set as our fundraising target for this year's Sandringham Dog Walk.
Your support is truly invaluable and makes a profound difference in the lives of the animals we care for. We cannot thank you enough for your generosity—it means the world to us and to them.
